There is nothing as such to like about the company. If you have worked somewhere else before, I would highly encourage you to avoid this company.

- Pay is very less and even though startup got funding, they prefer hiring interns to do work and full-time engineers are paid very less. - There is no roadmap or vision. - Working on Saturday is mandatory even though pay is very less. - There is no product manager or engineering manager, engineers are unsure about the task provided. - Limited opportunity for career advancements. - ChatGPT will likely be reason for downfall of the company as other companies such as boost etc have integrated AI in their search product. - Many people are working elsewhere full-time and dedicating few hours to this company resulting in communication gap and low quality product decisions. - They hire interns for all the work and intern after getting experience leaves the company, and this cycle continues.
