Horrible work culture. HRs are worst to the core, they never understand employee's situation and support when they need support. higher management continuously loose projects with other competitors and they just run the company with the same old clients for decades. a BIG NO for people who have offer in hand.

No common process. Based upon project to project things will be applied.so ifs not cmmi 5 org even though they claim. One project will have different shift allowance other will have different amount. Same with hike. As they had made rule if some one on bench for 30 days he will be shown the door. So now no body is joining this org even though it has been changed to 90 days recently.
