I Worked at Zensar for 5 years and overall, its was a good experience. Zensar's work culture is positive and I still have memories of all the fun I had with colleagues. Zensar had exciting projects and I learned a lot of from my seniors. The internal process regarding promotions and appraisals was transparent and had benchmarked policies for this. It was easy to get the leave sanctioned by the managers. The working timing was flexible and had the option to work from home. Work life is balance. Job satisfaction is there. Company culture is also very good. We can say that there is fun at work also GPTW. Team is very collaborative and managers and all higher authorities are very open and anyone can discuss relevant things. HR and management are helpful. I have worked more than 10 years there and got appreciation.

Not much salary hike if you work longer period of times. Skill development is also very specific but if you wan you can do.

Dislikes

Senior technical folks should avoid this company at all cost. They don't have many projects and their bench policy is a joke. So once you are out of project, you better run for your life. Moreover its a pity that their management and HR is involved in "Stealth sackings" and "quite firing". They won't even give you a notice period to find new job.
