- Supporting co-workers (Everyone tired of CEO Sh4t) - WFH Policy

Dislikes

- CEO calls u at midnight. He doesn't know Personal life exists! It doesn't matter to him wether u r taking care of ur daughter of having s6x with ur wife. He should be given top priority. - Hard deadlines. "This is not Rocket Science" is his favourite dialogue, still asks to build a rocket like feature in 2 days. - He consider employees as sl4ves. Doesn’t give a fcu*k about privacy. We should be available for him for 24x7 including Sundays....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
