It’s frustrating to see others promoted who do less work than you. The PCS team needs a complete overhaul. They are ineffective and unhelpful.
Management is secretive about decisions, leaving employees feeling undervalued. The constant pressure to perform leads to burnout; mental health is ignored. The hours are ridiculous.
