I loved working at their client location but for Consus Global they are not giving equal opportunity to all their employees and no support is there from the seniors

Dislikes

No support from seniors they even don't know what work has been assigned to you. There is no one to whom we can speak to. There is no growth, they under pay their employees, no extra benefit, salary doesn't get credit on time (it can be initial days of month and sometime end as well).

Vary from client to client. My client was good. Work life was not that bad. We had a flexibility to do work.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
