Currently we have to manage transport ourselves upto bus stop, then cab picks up at Hinjewadi phase 3 bus stop and drop at office premises

I was having ovarian cyst and I have resigned because of that and when I have served 50 days of my NP I asked for early release because I was going to get operated but the entire system was against my early release. There are many more challenges I have faced which I cannot disclose here. Very bad leadership. Please never join Yash or else you're going to regret.

No job security. Managers favour only bootlickers. No projects. They hire a lot of people and do not have enough projects to deploy them on so they start lay offs.

There is no Real appreciation of your skills. They will not increase the salary even if your work for 5 years. But they will give the fresher more salary than experienced skilled worker

Not much I can remember, the experience was bad for me. Team culture was very orthodox and they didn't have respect across level. Senior would belittle and create pressure on freshers/juniors.

Dislikes

Bad work culture, senior eould treat juniors like trash and load them with work. Manager was of no use, always relied on other people's word and never had any review meeting. Office is very dull in Hyderabad, looks like government office from 90s. Management is bad as well, didn't have many projects and if on bench they will unnecessary call you back to base location to attend office daily.
