No new projects in Mumbai during covid and pre covid as well No new project in Mumbai New project only in Pune Pune managers dont want Mumbai employee in there project Internal interviews are taken without intimating employee, suddenly a you will get a call. Resource managers have no idea about clients and there requirements, skillsets what they are looking for. Once you are on bench there are less chances for Mumbai employee to get project allocation and situation becomes tough Mostly Pune managers will put Mumbai candidate on hold they will hire someone from outer world but not from xoriant mumbai Many employees in xoriant mumbai are on bench. Resource managers are putting a fear in mind of employees if in next 2 month you are not alloted to a project you will have to resign. Situation was same pre covid and during covid. People are only hired but no projects then asked to leave or they leave by themselves due to frustration on being project less who are really willing to work and get some good exposure. Situation for some employees in Pune is also tough. Rest all is good, once you came on bench the reality gets exposed....Read More
