My experience At Xorinat has been largly positive, but as with any company , there are few areas that could be improved. I believe there could be more focus on structured learning program for the HR team, While the company provides great training opportunities in other departments, the HR team could benefit from a more robust development program that includes not just technical training but also personal development, communication skills. They have given some good trainings thats all about good side of Xoriant.

I worked there 3 years and one thing I can give assurance is very low job security. The projects are volatile, you might be a good performer but still you might get released due to budget issues. Promotion and appraisals are very bad. Even if you get good ratings continuously you will have adjust 3 - 5% hike. There is no work culture in the company unless your in Pune office
