They don't have much project in data science and ML. They do not have good learning opportunities, also it doesn't matter to them if you have upskilled. While interview I clearly mentioned that i do not have experience in DL. They said you can learn while working here. Then projects I got interviewed internally, all required DL. They have given some good trainings thats all about good side of Xoriant.

I worked there 3 years and one thing I can give assurance is very low job security. The projects are volatile, you might be a good performer but still you might get released due to budget issues. Promotion and appraisals are very bad. Even if you get good ratings continuously you will have adjust 3 - 5% hike. There is no work culture in the company unless your in Pune office
