Work culture, behavior of top management, no fun activity, poor leadership, short of resources in team despite knowing work load is high. Worst appraisals (used to be good earlier, now it's worst) , extended shifts, no employee satisfaction at all.

The management team in India is the worst. They don’t have the decency on how to talk with employees and is extremely rude and arrogant. She is very good at passing personal and hurtful comments about you just to showcase her authority. The company forces all its employees to provide a 5 star rating for itself on review sites such as Glassdoor, Google, etc. please do not fall for the 3 star+ rating that they have. Everything, They force their employees to even work on weekends against their will. HR calls them and gives warning they don't even realise that other person is sleeping or must be busy,they don't even care about the time and importance of employees. Ungrateful management. thank God I quit the company

Migraine, backache, fear of losing job any moment, no learning, work pressure, weekend working, no salary hike or hike only if transfer to another process, hits / error in salary, no refreshments / annual event even after covid ends. Just one word suffering.

There is nothing I can like and literally thats the worst company anyone can work with .

This is pathetic ,they run a scheme they offer you ctc and pay u for training salary and main part of ctc is incentive which they caption as "MPI &OPI" thats the biggest way they make you fool 2.They dont care of your domain may be you will be hired for financial analyst but due to company requirements you may forced to change domain such as : Hr, voice call, mail answering or much worst then that 3.There is one guard who roams around the working area and note down names for crimes like :talking to next person,found sleepy/inactive (not actually sleep) 4.No job security any foolish rule like :talking to next person or not feeling feel so feeling inactive ,you are directly fired You can not even laugh or interact Many of us for months don't know name of the person who is next to us Never ever go for this one If you feel joining this please comment your name with mobile no I will contact you and help you with more insights...Read More
