Only thing good about XLD was Compensation and Benefits. But now that's also gone.

Promotions - Good

Dislikes

Work Life balance, Management, No Control on company policy- policy can be changed just with a single incident. Poor culture. Infact its a shop you can say u work and take your pay. Highly insecure job.

Job security - Poor

Work-life balance - Bad

Work Details

Hectic... 24*7. No personal space

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
