You can never imagine despite all the great work, they'll call you and say, please go your services are not required and immediately disable your accesses while you're on the call. Not only that, 30% of your salary is your variable, they deduct it to 100% for as good as 1 mistake. Joke is they have MPI portion which never get increased.But company make sure that employee get just 50 percent at month end. And biggest part of salary is that amount only.Company has no intention to retain employees. Owner and management persons are enjoying sort of world tour in name of marketing. They are the only persons who enjoying in company. OPI company is giving for fixed salary only which is in actual half of the actual money paid by company monthly. All employees are frustrated and seeking jobs. The time they get better opportunity all are leaving....Read More
