Work culture - 1. Highly Toxic (people abuse, unprofessional way of handling conflicts as if some street tiff is going on) - looks like investment in culture and people are missing 2. Bureaucratic - you can't get things done even at any level 3. People seem to have sense of insecurity with which they don’t co-operate (seen with most departments, top-down too), this takes a toll on building business and relationship 4. HR and Hiring team creates misleading Job Description and share half / wrong information at hiring stages that eventually lead new joiners into surprises at joining times which are difficult to rollback. 5. In some departments the designations are inconsistent with the experience levels. For e.g person with lead level or manager level experience may be at very high rank, with absolutely no leadership experience may be creating issues for the team.(with too much power) Avoid this company at all costs if you want peace of mind, and want to grow....Read More

You will deal with loose talks, backbitching and gossips from a senior AVP lady in HR in Gurgaon location. You will learn how to deal with a lady gang who spoil the professional and personal image of others for saving their own jobs. Multiple complaints are given to leadership team about this unprofessional HR lady (Priyanka Kalia) but nothing happened because she is protected by the top management. Company makes fake good reviews on Glassdoor and social media, so don't come into their trap. They can fire anyone at any time by creating fake performance issues without giving any notice.
