Principal designer has kept her dependency on everything. And she delays decisions as she is not available in the office. Later, she gets furious for the delays caused by herself, which she doesn't take responsibility of.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? There is no transiency about job security, they not provide PF, insurance, salary sleep, form no 16, confirmation latter, etc, employees feel very insecure over there
