I had the privilege of working at Wysetek for 1.5 Years, and it was fully an exceptional experience. The Work culture was incredibly supportive & collaborative, which allowed everyone to share ideas freely and contribute to projects with enthusiasm. Management genuinely cared about employee growth and well-being. They provided regular feedback and offered numerous opportunities for professional development, making me feel valued and motivated throughout my time there. I was being interviewed by the team and the technical interview was taken by Amit who had a sense on how to talk with people. However, Pushkar Penkar is their senior HR and he has no sense on how to talk with people and is very rude. I was ready to negotiate on their minimum salary for this role but I didn't like his behaviour and discarded my application. At first, I didn't beleive the online reviews but after my interview I understood clearly why the ratings are so low....Read More
