The Work culture was incredibly supportive & collaborative, which allowed everyone to share ideas freely and contribute to projects with enthusiasm. I had very disappointing experience with wysetek. After my 1st round interview i was told you are selected for 2nd technical round of interview with our senior. The interviewer confirmed that it would likely to be schedule for the following Saturday and advised me to be prepared. However, after 3-4 days passed without received any update, i decided to followup with HR, to my surprise i was informed that you are not short listed by the technical team. This was incredibly frustrating. specially initially told me i was moving forward. Please dont do this to candidates- first you said they are selected for next round, and then you said they were not short listed. This kind of behaviour cuts off all the hopes for potential employees and leaves a very bad impression. Such a lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable....Read More

However, Pushkar Penkar is their senior HR and he has no sense on how to talk with people and is very rude. I was ready to negotiate on their minimum salary for this role but I didn't like his behaviour and discarded my application.
