1.Work culture is very bad 2.No value of employees and their work. 3.No work balance for example TL calls at evening or night and ask to complete task if we say no they fire you. 4.Open source’s TL named Vinod ghodke and Mayur Palav are very unprofessional. 5.He act according to his mood.Drinks at night and abuse team member. 6.DONT JOIN OPEN SOURCE TEAM

Exposure to real servers and client side environment, so learning for beginners it's useful.

Dislikes

Worst company policy for engineers, very toxic, insane office politics happens, for fresher there's 2yrs bond with every 6 months ₹5k till yrs, but in actual increment is based on performance, then why highlighting every 6 months increment. Unprofessional behavior of MANAGER and TL named VINOD GHODKE & MAYUR PALAV
