Mandatory Working Hours: Implement a policy to make working hours mandatory for all employees. Onsite Opportunities: Provide more onsite opportunities, especially in major international locations. Office Infrastructure Upgrade: Update the overall office infrastructure to create a modern and inviting environment. Coffee Machine Upgrade: Invest in a new, tech-enabled coffee machine for better functionality and user experience. Modernize Restrooms: Renovate bathrooms to feature a sleek, modern design that aligns with current standards. New Seats and Desks: Replace old seating and desks with updated, ergonomic options to enhance comfort and productivity. Increase Natural Light: Maximize the use of natural light throughout the office to create a brighter, more energetic workspace.
