There is nothing to like about this company. The only good thing we are getting are saturday and sunday as week off.

Dislikes

The company doesn't provide cab to commute office during morning shift. The cab is only available at night shifts. There are no perks and facilities available within the company. The management doesn't appreciate employee efforts. also, there is no learning and skill enhancement initiative being taken by management. There is very much Toxic enviornment present in the company as the employee who has skills and perform better are not praised for their contributions. Office canteen is amazing you can get diarrhoea and loose motions free in this company. And no one would even bother to change the catering services all the management.

Worst organisation to work with office politics at its peak management only favours women fnf is created after 80 days. The only thing that will matter is how good are you in follow your managers back. You know wat I mean. If your already hired best of luck.

When I joined the company, I loved it. However, after the management change, I feel like this is the worst company ever.

There is so much bias, and if you do not question their decision, then you only get a chance to win an award or any promotions; otherwise, you don't have any chance to do better.
