There is nothing to like about this company. The only good thing we are getting are saturday and sunday as week off.

The company doesn't provide cab to commute office during morning shift. The cab is only available at night shifts. There are no perks and facilities available within the company. The management doesn't appreciate employee efforts. also, there is no learning and skill enhancement initiative being taken by management. There is very much Toxic enviornment present in the company as the employee who has skills and perform better are not praised for their contributions. Office canteen is amazing you can get diarrhoea and loose motions free in this company. And no one would even bother to change the catering services all the management.

Worst organisation to work with office politics at its peak management only favours women fnf is created after 80 days. The only thing that will matter is how good are you in follow your managers back. You know wat I mean. If your already hired best of luck.

Never work in wns as they hire you with fake promises and once you joined no work life balance and no respect. Hr role is pathetic even they are not meet after joining and process HR is like MR INDIA hard to find. I really enjoying working with WNS. Managers are supportable, work culture is very good. I don't know about other process in WNS but in my process there is excellent work life balance, No hectic work, all the things are very good.
