Apart from this, terrible environment and culture. The work place makes you realise that you aren't working in a corporate. Specially, the trainer! Deepak Pandey, one of the worst trainers I've met. They show their clients that they have provided their workers wfh but it's a lie, it's a wfo with no cab facility.

Lack of supplies and training rooms. No opportunity for foreign travel or migration. No recognition and promotion even after proving the ability for more than one year, just utilising. Hope you consider the negative points and plan accordingly to grow.

Managers have made very bad,so much of stress environment, don't allow staff to work happily,insult staff,humiliate them,complex behaviour against staff.no respect for staff, manger behave as if staff are good for nothing.

Due to covid in my family I left the organisation on the spot with out servicing notice period. To follow the company policy is not possible becz of emergency, I request my project manager to give exception but they didn't and they didn't even have main experience letter of 18 mths. Till date I am suffering for this gap in my career. But as a company they didn't thought also once for the employee.

Very very bad experience, not an employee centric organization. They stick to their rule and policy only when it comes to employee. Too much of politics no growth opportunities.

Only selected people can growth those who around the manager others r only worker. They don't have pramotion incriment nor dezire shift. After 8 yeras of experience I am facing unemployment bkoz of wns policy keep work on same position till 52year.

Nothing as such. Never ever go for this company. They will hire and you and fire you in next mint. They hire you for the domain you have work3d for but put you in a domain they like. They dont have any management. Trainer are just fools and everyone thought they are Manager here . I was hired for backend process but they had put meun voice process and not proper training were given, no SOP thye just have and formate for navigation. You will regret after joining. Dont go for Healthcare process they are hiring currently. Gruoup manager Raghav, Nishat jahan, And TA Naga, and there are lots of newly promoted trainers, boot leaker. Mirco management. No cab, No break, if yiu get in you will feel.like yiu are in school. Pathetic environment. Toxic people.

If you are a fresher you can start your career with it. There is no growth in terms of salary and promotion. The work culture is good but if you want good growth you need to switch the company.
