Gave me salary though I was non productive for some time.

Dislikes

Did not provide WFH at the right time(systems were only rolled out a day before the lockdown started), asking employees to return to the base location and work, no cooperation for allocation of systems for WFH. There is a lot of office politics too and systems are sent via courier to some employees and some are asked to return to base location to work, both being in the same designation. A two years bond and a notice period of 3 months adds to all of it....Read More
