Well growth wise I think it lacks behind. I worked more than 5 years but in that period i got only one promotion.

You cannot judge WNS with only one process. They have numerous process and where pressure is more they pay you good and vice versa. WNS uses to organised may fun activity to have work balance which stop now. Now it only just place of work means you just go their work and get paid and then return home. Yes if there is pressure then you team leader will be very rude. There is inhuman pressure means in example a person can handle 2 chat with its customers but they force to handle 3 chat , yes 3 chat that chat process is insane and they have also set quality upon that. Handling 3 customers on chat and with thought you will not have any quality issues, if you have than will not receive incentives. Best of luck for WNS.
