Nothing is there to like in Wissen Infotech just because of one Manager (Milan) and HR (Priyanka)

There was an interview scheduled for windows and VMware L3 support. 1st round is technical round and I had good response from him that I am good at technical as well good at verbal communication. As first round technical interviewer confirmed, they have scheduled manager round, Manager also appreciated my technical skills and verbalcommunication. Initial email they said that it will be permanent employ with Wissen Infotech and agreed with 16 LPA. Now the twist here after completion of both the rounds, Manager said that it is contract with 3 months and he told me to join with less package what I was getting from the current company. How can any engineer join with the less package? Nothing is there to like about wissen Infotech. They have no projects.

Dislikes

Wissen don't have projects first. If they have projects all supporting projects only. For example your working in project that project went to another company.if you don't know anyone in higher level directly they will send notice period. In wissen notice period is two types 1. if you working in project 3 months notice period. 2. If you not in project 1 month or less. In wissen one ladie is there her name Vijaya Kari. She don't have technical knowledge but she will take technical interview. She don't ask questions on your domain. Here I am telling on example. If she will ask what is spelling of Apple. She don't know first Apple spelling. If you give correct she simple say it's not correct. If you will ask what is correct answer she don't know first. Simple she will ask another non relevant questions to your domain. If your a fresher don't join in wissen. You need to act like paid artist. Currently I work in here, a year back the organisation was good and had a healthy relationship with employees, currently it has become a dislike for all the employees due to money minded managers and leadership team in all services.

Leadership will decide the project, hike, notice period,.etc. If they don't have a requirement they will accept or fire you immediately, but if they have a requirement even if your not willing to do, they force you. So employees who prefer career growth over money, please consider and think.

Manager and all VP alo talking in telgu but professional language is english only but still they will speack there local languages and also at the time of appricial they will give good hike to there community peoples only not to other peoples
