There is complete support for employees who are transparent, accessible, and honest.

Sometimes there is workload and pressure with no proper structure of comp-off or advantages for working on weekends, and still, we have to work on weekends. This has also taught me how to manage my tasks and prioritize work. Senior colleagues must be more specific to some tech stack to help with problems.

I liked its culture the most. Candidates of all cities, gender, languages, religions, castes are given equal opportunities. More than 45% of the employess here are women and company also provide security for them. There is a flexible work schedule and employee-friendly culture here, so working on weekends is an exception rather thanthe norm. For professional development and skill enhancement, they offer Udemy/Coursera courses. They organized sessions with international trainers for core skills and soft skills. Due to hybrid culture here we are able to do WFH according to HR Policy. Among their clients are some really good enterprises companies, UN agencies and may others.
