Working at Wishtree has been a great experience for me due to its good work culture and open door policy. Got a chance to learn about the SDLC by closely working on the projects and also learned various tools and technologies to work on.

Pay scale here is a bit competitive for the current market scenario and compared to the work done. They value your work only for the sake of saying but that does not reflect as per employee's expectations in rewarding an employee or appraisals.

Wishtree Technologies has a very excellent culture and supportive environment and provides positive, fun ways for employees to get together for personal and professional development activities, both within and outside regular company hours. There is complete support for employees who are transparent, accessible, and honest.

Dislikes

Sometimes there is workload and pressure with no proper structure of comp-off or advantages for working on weekends, and still, we have to work on weekends. This has also taught me how to manage my tasks and prioritize work. Senior colleagues must be more specific to some tech stack to help with problems.

I liked its culture the most. Candidates of all cities, gender, languages, religions, castes are given equal opportunities. More than 45% of the employess here are women and company also provide security for them. There is a flexible work schedule and employee-friendly culture here, so working on weekends is an exception rather thanthe norm. For professional development and skill enhancement, they offer Udemy/Coursera courses. They organized sessions with international trainers for core skills and soft skills. Due to hybrid culture here we are able to do WFH according to HR Policy. Among their clients are some really good enterprises companies, UN agencies and may others. Wishtree has projects on all the latest technologies, developers get to learn a lot. Along with it L&D department conducts training by international trainers. Employee have a job security and a work-life balance. Employees are from all over India.
