The main attraction for me working in Williams Lea is the work life balance. Even the on shore counterparts believe in work life balance and act accordingly. The second attraction for me is the yearly salary hike which is better than most of the competitors.

Dislikes

Need more employee engagement activities. Permanent work from home employees are left out from all the engagement activities.
