Overview of the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the rest of the team on a daily basis, and would be reporting into their Training Manager / Client Manager on their daily deliverable. Job role involves project workflow and global workflow coordination and management. He / she will be an integral link between the DS / PC group and the client (job submitters), on all aspects of communication over telephone / email.

• 4 - 5 years of relevant work experience • MS Office 2007 / 2010 certification / qualification (preferable) with knowledge of Adobe suite (advantage) • Self starter, proactive & assertive • Presenting skills and MI preparation • Team player and good interpersonal skills • Strong organizing skills with good ability to multi-task • Ability to work under pressure and deliver accurately on time • Excellent command over English language spoken and written
