Assembly production - Assistant manager - Faucet Plant

Role & responsibilities

1.Day-to-day production-related tasks including planning of manpower.

2.Assembly Manpower Handling

3.Closely work with the Quality team for quality assurance

4.Monitor productivity & utilization

5.Achieving shift-wise production target

6.Day today production reporting

7.Able to handle faucet leak test machine Program (Ateq)

8.Able to handle Laser marking machine

9.Prepare daily reports, Rejection Reports, shift efficiency of each line report and productivity of
line report.

10. Quality control plan & SOP preparation

11. Inventory & BOM control on shop floor

12. Well aware of faucet assembly ( Torque, Assembly fixture, Leak test fixture & faucet packing )

13. Lean management & shop floor implementation

15. Proven work experience Faucet Manufacturing

16. Proven work experience in quality faucet manufacturing & process control

17. Hands-on experience in faucet manufacturing with lean principals

18. Organize production schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods

19.Assist managers and clients in estimating resource requirements and budgets

21.Monitor materials, track equipment repairs, and train staff to maintain efficiency

Preferred candidate profile

1) Well aware of faucet assembly ( Torque, Assembly fixture, Leak test fixture & faucet packing)

2) Proven work experience Faucet Manufacturing.

3) Proven work experience in quality faucet manufacturing & process control.
