Assistant Production Manager

Production Planning and Scheduling:

• Develop and implement production plans based on customer orders, forecasts, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with various departments (e.g., procurement, maintenance, logistics) to ensure the availability of materials and resources.
• Monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery

Process Management:

• Oversee and optimize rubber production processes, ensuring that all machines and equipment are functioning properly.
• Troubleshoot any issues during production and coordinate with technical teams for maintenance.
• Monitor production metrics and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

Quality Control:

• Ensure the production of rubber products meets the required quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of raw materials and finished products.
• Address quality issues by identifying the root cause and working on corrective actions.

• Team Management:
  
• Supervise and lead a team of production operators, technicians, and other staff members.
• Conduct training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge of safety and production procedures.
• Foster a collaborative work environment to improve productivity and morale.

Cost Management:

• Monitor production costs, including raw materials, labour, and energy consumption.
• Implement cost-reduction initiatives without compromising on product quality or safety.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain production records, including output, downtime, quality reports, and maintenance logs.
• Prepare regular reports for upper management regarding production status, challenges, and achievements.
