Front Office Executive

Job description:-

*To greet and direct all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates, customers, etc.
*Answer calls and directing the calls to the relevant Department / Section.
*Answer queries of the visitor and supply required information to them.
*Taking care of all front office activities like inward & outward couriers, data entry, follow ups, fillings, making letters etc., experience in handling EPABX system is mandatory.
*Meet each visitor entering the office, check visitors badges, log visitors into log book on arrival and departure.
* Segregation and distribution of in / out mails; Handle all incoming / outgoing couriers.
*Effectively interact with other departments to coordinate, furnish and obtain essential data and general information for various day to day functions.
*Coordinate office services (Maintenance, office supplies, printers, pest control & recycling) Conference room booking for meetings and training Provide vacation cover for office Administrator.
*Attending for new installation, repair and maintenance of office equipment / Air Conditioner, Furniture, Telephone, System - EPABX, Water dispensers, washroom, Lights, Fire Panel, CCTV Camera, Pest Control , Fire extinguisher, Water filter, Courier Services also organizing required material for repair
*Bills processing as per contract rate, getting it approval by the Dept Head
*Supervising the day to day housekeeping requirements, attending visitors, employees attendances maintenance, assisting seniors in their day to day work.
* Manage all travel arrangements like Air & Train tickets booking.
