Coworker are amazing. You will find good people around you. The company has a lot potential ONLY IF THEY GET RID OF THEIR SO CALLED SENIOR MANAGER, who doesn't no how to talk, how to behave, what to say. Anil Sir is such a good person and knowledgeable that he can take this company ahead. He has such good abilities of knowing people intentions or how this person is. Great people skill to learn. Dislikes

Given every single authority to their senior manager. Senior manager lacks knowledge about everything. Company doesn't give you any recognition of your work since the senior manager has stolen your credits for work. And company doesn't care about what you have achieved. HR department is so lazy, that for a single thing you need to start taking follow up from a week before. Worst HR!!

a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
