Policies are far better than any other companies night sift allowance is also better. Leaves are also good.
No work life balance senior management can call you any time and ask for update and data.no salary hike for employees who are working everyday. One employee get consistently exceed for last 3 years still not promoted. If you want to take ijp and management know they will then make your life living hell

If you are aspiring software developer , never join this company. Old technologies lots of politics . Leaders are presenting small things as like they developed something as CERN. You't be able upgrade any skill . They are using on-prem servers no cloud and no sign of it in near future. If some manager is saying he will use cloud, he is faking.

Wells Fargo itself was a brand till 2023.
Job security is always a concern since 2023, layoff's for silly & false reasons like medibuddy claims, PIP ( providing below average rating to good resource just because managers didn't like them personally) . Work life balance is very poor. Managers are just puppets of US authorities and they behave rude with their reportees. Appraisals are not so good since 2022. I like the new team I joined recently, good team collaboration and mutual respect.
I was into different team previously. The manager was the king of micromanagement and he has two boot lickers and those people always takes other's credit. Environment was too bad and entire team dissolved because people left that manager.
