Company policy is good but Wells Fargo manager and Hr are never following company policy and they can do whatever they want. As per your roles and responsibilities you won't have more than 30 minutes work daily for support operation.

Dislikes

Full of politics though they don't have work(Abhishek malewar, my manager name were). I have seen the worst politics in service based . But in Wells Fargo you may feel, no freedom to convert your thoughts , manager and Hr will never reachable, most of Wells Fargo employees are egoistic because they made like that by old policy's manager .I would personally say never ever go to Wells Fargo.
