Wells fargo is good company to work. But your learning depends on the project you are in. But previously wells fargo is considered as a product company but i think they are following the culture of service based company. And slowly they are degrading theregood product company. With time they are reducing there benifts and doing costcutting all around. Even when i with team mates that during their one to one with manager manager said if you want good hike then welles is not of your type....Read More

Most of the people are senior and they do work too slow. Instead of doing the work they try to enjoy their time by talking and drinking tea.
