Work culture. Managers are non trained micro managers across the different teams and management doesnot address your concerns. People from my team resigned but no action was taken against the toxic environment .

Except for the salary nothing i liked here, . people here too outdated and takes lot of time to do work and it's developer responsibility to make them work

Long working hours people don't know what to do but still ask us to deliver things My manager calles 7 o clock in the not ask us to finish the things by EOD And he puts calls in the early morning 9 o clock.. Instead of 9 hours we are working for 24 hours I guess My health got spoiled and due to calls I was not able to eat properlyand lost 5 kgs in a month's span and got dizziness and felt sick. Now wellsfargo is ok cost cutting mode. As per the global survey wells listed top and one of the best companies but they started layoffs, downsized the benefits, micro monitoring and management has become so toxic.

It not the same Wells Fargo now lot changed and many employees were let go during covid time. Sad thing QA Testing is moved under operations now.

Lot of things. The LOB which I worked, things were all messy. No proper planning of the projects. Lot of people work here to showoff without working and sadly that worked for recognition. The one who really works, will not get recognition mostly. It is not employee centric. No much benefits to employee except pay

Learning curve is good. Hikes and bonus is also very good. Flexible time and hybrid model

Dislikes

No work life balance. Very short deadlines and need to meet targets. Working on weekends also well to meet the deadlines. Full of politics and can't even able to tolerate the team. Micro monitoring is too much from manager to lead level. Complete restriction over timings at team level.
