Infrastructure Cab facility Quarterly team dinners If you want to sit with routine work with minimal hikes. Then comfortably you guys can survive for a long time in this company.

No proper internal moments and they always follow the grading points system as a barrier in getting new opportunities. Can't upgrade your skills in banking operations. Hr and Er will always supportive to internal management. Major drawback that your monthly pay will not match with your CTC bec ause they will add shift allowances bracket which is useless for us, when we are going for other companies</mark>. Except for the salary nothing i liked here, . people here too outdated and takes lot of time to do work and it's developer responsibility to make them work

Long working hours people don't know what to do but still ask us to deliver things My manager calles 7 o clock in the not ask us to finish the things by EOD And he puts calls in the early morning 9 o clock.. Instead of 9 hours we are working for 24 hours I guess My health got spoiled and due to calls I was not able to eat properly and lost 5 kgs in a month's span and got dizziness and felt sick. The only good thing about Wells is that they will give you a little extra salary than others so that when you think about leaving you don't get better hike or salary.

Dislikes

It all started with a lie. The HR lied about the salary, the leaders lie about ratings and give promotion to their favorites. Favoritism is on a high in Wells. There is nothing ethical in Wells, everything is a lie. If you can keep buttering you leaders you will be promoted.

Now wellsfargo is ok cost cutting mode. As per the global survey wells listed top and one of the best companies but they started layoffs, downsized the benefits, micro monitoring and management has become so toxic.

Company is completely looking cost cutting and starting basic cab facilities to providing basic benefits to employees, everything has been cutoff and there are always finding new wats to fire people. Ethics of Wells Fargo has been drastically gown down in the last few years.

It was very good 10 yrs back when I joined. Flexible timings, job security and good hikes

No proper exposure to new technologies. Will be be stuck working on legacy systems. No Primotions, no hike, too much of micro management
