Work life balance is there because most of the time code freezes Pay is decent.

Removed perks like internet and car lease Internal politics , if we raise any. Concerns to manager they start targeting you and no chance to learn new technologies , people who are in technical roles are being promoted to manager roles and they lack people management skills and they focus only on their self promotion. There is no guidance for team. Team who works hard doesn’t get any recognition. Reward for good work is they get more work. Hike and promotion is in mangers hand so if they target you forget about hike and promotion. There is no transparency in appraisal . Favouritism is clearly visible.

Excellent culture and work life balance. Pay is topnotch in industry. You can define your work and time.

Dislikes

Changing tech and team is bit difficult. Salary is less for long term employees than lateral joinees. Indian managers come with lot of stupid ideas other than work, and nobody cares about it US side.

Balanced steady growth with descent work life balance and average pay hike.

There is zero onsite opportunity and sometimes lot of internal politics and specially new management people are engrossed in politics and creating own inner circle with close people from their ex organization.

Nothing much. Pay is huge for lateral compare to long term employees. Also huge disparity in pay among same designated employees based on managers discretion.

There is absolutely no job security like in TCS, infosys or even in companies like Accenture, employees have some resistance to lay off. But in company like wells Fargo, there is 0 job security. Employees who joined were put into PIP and removed the same year they joined. Please do not join wells if you looking for job security. They will intentionally put resources in bad rating.
