Need to work without sleeping that is the expectation and hired me without informing the job roles. There will not be any meeting regarding the requirements, or developments. We have to test as if we know everything like a god. Then what is the point of hiring the new resource?

Except for the salary nothing i liked here, . people here too outdated and takes lot of time to do work and it's developer responsibility to make them work

Long working hours people don't know what to do but still ask us to deliver things My manager calles 7 o clock in the not ask us to finish the things by EOD And he puts calls in the early morning 9 o clock.. Instead of 9 hours we are working for 24 hours I guess My health got spoiled and due to calls I was not able to eat properlyand lost 5 kgs in a month's span and got dizziness and felt sick. Management torcher on appraisals, they stress for innovations, ideas and hackathons. Will get doubt that they hired for project work or white papers publishing.

Bad tech stack. Support projects. Partially while performance review. Useless comments by manager in review. Senior team members are less cooperative. Very bad politics. If you are not an outspoken person ,even you work hard you will be given zero hike with low ratings. But truth is this situation everywhere now a days.

The leadership team is saturated with individuals from G0ldman Sachs who create a toxic work environment with no regard for work-life balance.
