Wells Fargo is reall good organisation. However there is a team called Servicing. Here you will find all the unprofessional leadership. Majority of the team is hired by senior managers and they all love praising by their assistants. People with good knowledge will not have the opportunities in learning and developing. Leaders with 9to 10 years exp in Wells Fargo are bounded with bad attitude. And there is no HR involvement as well. People will always point out the minor mistakes rather than helping each other. Senior Leaders are not fit for their roles and think they are doing correct and disappointing the subordinates. Perception based teams are in Servicing. I prefer the organisation is really good with other verticles. But not the servicing team....Read More
