WF Hyderabad office is a toxic place to work. Most of the people are judgemental and they will not show you any sympathy unless you start oiling them. Highly inclined towards the local people and regional language. I even got KT sessions in telugu. Once I told them I do not understand then they started telling me you have to learn it anyhow. So no English. Not a single person will help you if you are NOT LOCAL. I have seen people dumber than me getting fair treatment when I got treated like trash. My hiring manager advised me , "to perform well you need to know how to google it well."... Too much of micro management. Every two hours they will ask about your wip. If by any chance you fail to perform. They will not support you or try to understand why you failed. They will move you to some program called Employee Assessment program ( not sure if it is the right term) and you should know that it mean your time in Wells Fargo has almost come to an end.
