An open Letter to all the people who have been speaking bad about this Company ! Check this out - I have been working here for quite a while and I have noticed that some employees ( I mean to say - Ex employees) who used to work here, get promoted by doing nothing and also increase their bank balance and then run inside the washroom and talk bad shit about the managers and also the other seniors of the HR and the other team (as they cant be better like them) those of chamelions are now posting bad and rubbish reviews here in this platform and now preaching negative things. I have a Question for all of them (HR and SEO people who wrote bad reviews here) : If you are writing now (on this present date) that you have been working here for one year and felt that you are unable to work in such an environment - Why didnt you leave the place like a gentleman or a well behaved woman after one month? Why did you stay here for one entire year, get promoted by doing nothing, increase your bank balance and now then you decide to write a stupid review about the place that gave you so much recognition? Can you answer this... ? Well, Honest Answer: As you all were unable to prove yourself (through your work) you all got terminated and now in order to pass your routine leisurely time you guys all are now regretting as there is nothing to do and also you are now realizing how hard it is to get a job in this competitive market, so you are having fun by posting these fake and also crazyy reviews here. To all the other viewers, please dont even trust these people who are taking out so much time and seeking help from AI and developing reviews (as they themselves dont even have the capacity to write a simple line, otherwise they would not have been terminated). Join here as this place will teach you to adapt, learn and outgrow yourselves by meeting new challenges each day. Also, since I have been a part of this organization for quite a long time now and have to say that Tousif Sir and Wasif Sir are really great mentors who truly admires and also appreciates your hard work that you put forward. Uzma Maam is literally the best as she always motivates you to be better, overcome all the challenges and helps you to shine through in your work daily. Rest of the team members, like the Web Team are very collaborative and the Manager of the Web team always helps you, if you face any issue. To all the Haters, if you are reading this, I guess by now you know me who I am and if you want I can share the number of the best psychiatist for you (coz you know you need it now). To all the freshers, you know the phrase "haters are always gonna hate" so dont even bother to go through those ugly comments as those are made by some people who need mental help so join here and check it out for yourself. Apart from the fact that we get salary on the first day of every month, there are also many other added benefits that you can see for yourself.
