honestly nothing except a few unfortunate interns and seniors who work in this company and were friendly to me. my department is cursed, others are nice. I do think the HR are nice people but they wouldnt have listend to our issues since i left because of a very senior manager :)

everythign! I hated working here as i was under a SEO manager who was very creepy and inappropriate. The company has little to no work life balance, my seniro manager always expected me to work long hours even after 7pm all because he would go around smoking and approaching other girls. Exploitation at its best! I had to come to office during national holidays aswell because the company offers no choice? I dont think its a good idea to work here since the office is far away from main city of kolkata and the work timings are so long, 10 to 7 pm, it gets deserted outside in the evening. I had to go home at 8 30 and such a lot of times because i was provided with management of addtional stuff. I would suggest that you go through this if you are a girl! Do not join as SEO intern because the main senior manager is very inappriopate and would always come around to ask if you want to join for smoking break, look inappropiately or comment in such ways about your outfits. This is very unprofessional! He would also try to contact you outside of office and one of the management would try to follow on social media (im half his age probably) You have to come on saturdays and it is a full day, where is the work life balance here? as an intern this is tiring and draining. People do internship to learn, managers slack off and push their job to the interns expect them to complete everything and come on holidays but they take leaves. in all other companies this is the opposiite! People already left because of these reasons, especially the school level strictness and mad management, already blocked all of them since they wouldnt stop annoying me even after i left.
