NEVER JOIN THIS ###### COMPANY!! Especially as a business analyst or a project manager. Positives: Nothing. You’ll be replaced within a day without prior notice.

Negatives: Here goes. Your job is subject to the whims and fancies of these wannabe analysts who have skills and knowledge less than that of a 10th pass student . They don’t even know how to spell elementary level English words. ONE OF MY COLLEAGUES WAS FORCED TO RESIGN OR ELSE THE HR WOULD TERMINATE THAT COLLEAGUE(avoiding pronounsfor obvious reasons)EVEN THOUGH THE COLLEAGUE WAS THE BEST AMONG US. Now don’t even get me started on the pay: it’s horrible and they expect you to work 12+ hrs. All these positive reviews are fake or recently posted by their employees. Better to stay unemployed than work for these people. Seriously you won’t learn anything!! All the people who are working here are those people who couldn’t make it anywhere and are very very insecure. They’ll be the first ones to throw you under the bus. You’ll definitely regret joining this place!! Do yourself a favour and look at the people working at Webonise on LinkedIn. You’ll know what I’m talking about. Useless people with no knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall methodologies. Pro tip: Ask them why some of the best performing employees were laid off and I’m sure they’ll come up with an interesting story to make it seem like it was genuine.
