I'm writing this review to express my Working experience at webdoux. It has been an incredible journey that has enriched my professional growth and personal development. From the day one I started to now, i learnt alot of things from the technical people. Throughout the period i worked, I can sense my growth of knowledge and skill. Also they allow me to upskill and expand my knowledge. They pointed the mistakes I did and gave time & ideas to resolve it, which helps me grow both professionally and personally. One of the most rewarding aspects of working at webdoux is the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects. My experience at Webdoux has been nothing short of exceptional. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
