I am team manager in Zovian Technologies Company, main reason is to writing this review is some our organization employees/unknown peoples are publishing bad comments about the company it's totally untruthful/Making false allegation about company. Note :- Every poor performer was portrait bad impression about company, even it's in any organization. Screening in interview is just to know employee knowledge only. It takes 3 to 6 months to review a employee performance. Here performance only will decide He/She is getting hike, bench, resign or Terminate. Management is giving right salary to the skillful person, many chances and opportunities are given to improve their skills as well.
