Work Pressure: Too much work pressure Work Life balance: Need to work at least 11 hrs a day which is there standard office timing can extend office timing maximum time it get extended, personally I have worked more than 14 hrs a day and 65 hrs a week now at 2024 the working culture is slightly good compared when I was working. Work culture, long hours working and poor management. it's around 11 to 12 hours. Sometimes need to work more or need to stay office until its completed. Salary is very less, very very less. Using Old technologies, so no growth for future.
