The two-year contract and associated penalties are in place to ensure commitment and stability for both the employee and the company. We have spent on you but in return we haven't received anything that is about your performance, This structure helps us manage resources effectively and maintain a dedicated workforce. As well it was cleared during the joining time and you have accepted all the terms and condition. Furthermore, a penalty for leaving the job, especially for personal reasons, is quite extreme and could create an unhealthy work environment. We understand that circumstances can change, but it’s also crucial for employees to consider these factors before accepting an offer. Our goal is to create a balanced and productive work environment, and we welcome feedback to improve our practices.
