Dislikes

Due to the massive rush to increase the head count, the quality of people being selected from the interviews are poor. This is applicable at all levels from developers, to architects to managerial positions.

Work Details

Extremely below average. An entire application with a budget upwards of $1M was created which gets not more than 15-20 requests per day. Not challenging either technically or business wise.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
